Today I took my device from the SC. Nothing was repaired, it seems they didn’t even open it: "Not a warranty case."
I opened it myself. We must pay tribute - it is assembled on a good-quality frame (from which the weight of the device is such), but the microUSB connector is, of course, full of seams.
The plastic pad with contacts in the connector is held by (attention!) Of these same contacts soldered to the board. Everything! And another small piece of scotch covering these contacts. That is, the metal part of the connector in general does not keep it from pushing inside the device (although it should, as in the image below). Trite - saved on a penny details.

In the image below, you can see a good, fit connector that has a plate on the back, which prevents the pad with the contacts from getting to the inside. In a subject there is no such platform.
