Works on the principle of client-server. The first time you start ADB with any command, a server is created as a system service (daemon) that will listen on all commands sent to port 5037.

I tested the AL-10 firmware on my BND-L21

Download the firmware. Full firmware should be weight>1.5 GB, all that is less is system fixes (even the size of 1 GB can be a regular critical update).

Next, download Huawei-MT Version 8.x.x (link in the header)

and download custom recovery. I use it
twrp_Honor_7x.img(24.57 MB)


and prepare an OTG cable with a USB flash drive, or an SD card with more than 4GB of space (with a margin).

2. Installation

We go to the Huawei Multi-Tool (hereinafter referred to as MT) and transfer the phone to fast-boot mode (we hold down the "volume -" and power with the usb connected to the PC.).

We are waiting for the connection to the computer and check the bootloader for unlocking


Now we go to the "recovery" tab and roll our TWRP onto the phone (choose custom recovery, specify the full path to the file and click on flash recovery, do not flash eRecovery !!!!!!)

Now we reboot into recovery, and we demolish EVERYTHING (wipe section, advanced wipe and select everything except sd card)

After the wipe, go to the main menu and mount section and disable the mounting of the SD card.

Now the most important thing

go along the path with the downloaded firmware and pull out the file update.APP from the archive
and save for convenience in a separate folder

Go to the MT section unbrick (sprinkling) and open the extractor.
in the extractor specify the path to the file update.APP

Now right-click anywhere and click Extract all and select the folder where update.app was saved.

This is normal. This file contains localization settings. We get it by downloading the update to your phone model. The name of the archive will be something like this:update_BND-L21C_hw_ru.zip
