The phone came, completely new and IMEI is missing from the box right away. The reset to the factory settings and the recovery did not give anything, but the issue was decided by the firmware:

1. Downloading the official ROM from the forum -http: //bbs.blackview.h...pic.php? f = 230 & t = 363010, unpack and copy the folder R10 to the flashlight folder
2. Run the SP Flash Tool (I used version v5.1836.01.000)
3. Choose:

• Download agent - "MTK_AllInOne_DA"
  
• scatter file - "MT6580_Android_scatter"
  
• mode - "Download only"
  
• WE TURN THE TICK WITH "preloader"(just in case)
  
• click "Download"

4. OFFYuchenny phoneWITHbattery andholding down the "+" buttonWe connect the cable to the PC. Hold "+" until a red bar appears.
5. We are waiting for the end of the firmware.
