When the computer is turned on, after the BIOS boot up stage, often press “F8”. The Advanced Boot Options menu appears. Choose "Disable Mandatory Signer Drivers". F8 does not always work the first time, so if it does not work out, you can either repeat it 2-3 times, or resort to an alternative method.

Alternative way: open the "Start" menu, we write in the search bar:

Right-click on it and click "Run on behalf of the administrator." The command line will open, we enter the two commands in turn:

bcdedit.exe / set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS

Hold down the "Shift" button and click "Start" ->"Shutdown" ->Reboot. After the reboot, the "Select Action" window appears. Selecting "Troubleshooting" ->"Extra options" ->“Boot Options” ->Reboot. After the reboot, we will see the “Reboot Settings” window, press “F7” and wait for the Windows to reboot.
