I have experience using Git2 - I have not experienced any problems. When shooting in the cold, the battery is expected to land much faster (about 2 times), but up to -20 the camera remains fully operational.
G3 so far has just gone on sale - so the objective reviews earlier than a few months will not wait. In general, compared to Git2, its main feature is the ability to connect additional modules (second camera, GPS) - if you don’t use it, then you probably don’t need to overpay.
About SJ6 Legend can not say anything.
I'm waiting for myself, I'm already going, another Git F1 - but then for me the key was waiting for a better quality of shooting in poor lighting (well, a discount of $ 50 - otherwise I would not beat the toad) :-). I will receive - I will compare

I do not advise charging the battery for 2 batteries - because of them, the batteries often swell up (probably, the cut-off voltage is not very accurately set by a third-party manufacturer of these chargers). G3 Duo has not yet been reviews, only a week ago began to be sold.

I have GitUp 2. I mostly dive into the sea and am very pleased with this camera. Good shoots in the dark. Drains paint in low light.
But first of all, it is a case compatible with the waterproof gopro.
New camera as I understood it is not compatible with goupro. Besides, I have big doubts about the design of the screen. He must crack sooner or later. The sealing gum will press directly onto the screen. The piping around the screen is very thin and it should protrude beyond the screen.
In general, I doubt something. Apparently you need to look for something better.

Here are some differences with the previous model from the English review.
Now there are several people with samples, they will not be long before they are in stock.

There are some significant improvements over Git2:

It has a better sensor, gives a clearer image with a more dynamic range, better in low light. The same sensor as GoPro Hero 4 Black. (And Hero5?)
New lens with aspherical elements, less chromatic aberration near edges.
Tripod holder at the bottom of the camera - so the screws are right on my monopod, etc.
Improved image stabilization on 5 axes, the best I've seen in any action camera.
Git2 does not stabilize the axis of rotation, G3 does. No sign of lens distortion in corners.
Digital zoom - unlike all other large-scale images of the camera that I used, it scales
on the raw sensor data, not on the 1080 image - it works correctly, and if you use
1080 resolution, you can have a 2x image, sharp. Even better, scaling is fine
works with image stabilization, something else camera action seems incapable!
Digital zoom (again) - effective zoom gives you both wide-angle and narrow (for example, 90-degree)

The quality of JPEG photos is a huge improvement, now they look as if they were compressed with super high quality, not normal quality.
Battery life - it has a large battery, I have never emptied it under normal use!
I probably missed a few things. The chipset may have a similar number with the Git2 chipset, but this is a major update with improvements worldwide.

Negative points:

Still using this engine for sharpening Novatek, which still gives the same result as Git2.
Most people are happy with this, but it would be great to completely disable it and sharpen it on the computer.
Still only interpolated 4K, although you can use a gyro stabilizer and digital zoom.
with a resolution of 2160, unlike most 4K cameras. However, most people will want to use 60 frames per second.
