Firmware for our 530th.

M530w upgrade firmware V4.3.14_EU2 for below country: Romania, Czech, Poland, Hungary,Russian, Ukraine, Turkey, EE ENG (Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia)

Caution:
1. After the installation, the previous data will not be found.
2. Due to compatibility issue, please use ActiveSync version 4.5

3. Please make sure the battery level is above 60%
4. After installation, the system will automatically boot up. If it doesn’t automatically boot up, please clean the boot device.
Clean boot device step:
a. Remove and insert battery.
b. Press the "Power" key until the prompt information shows up.
c. Press "Send" key to confirm the clean boot
Please make sure you acknowledge such limitation.

Please follow the below procedures to upgrade:
1. Connect device to PC with ActiveSync
2. Execute the FUU program on PC
3. Follow the instruction of the FUU program.
4. This upgrade takes about 10 minutes, please wait patiently. Please do not interrupt the upgrade process. After upgrade is done, the system will reboot automatically.
Warning: After upgrade, if device fails to reboot automatically, please follow the "Clean boot device step" to boot up device again.
5. After reboot, it will install extended ROM automatically. After install is done, the system will reboot automatically.
6. Please Confirm version in "Start" =>"Settings" =>"System Information" =>"ROM Version", "Radio version" and "Extended ROM version".
