And it makes no sense to look for it. To add it, you have to build a kernel from source.
Most likely, you purchased a faulty touchscreen. Return it to the seller and buy a new one.

Installing TWRP 3.2.0 on V13_20180511

The instruction for Windows, from under Linux of working capacity could not achieve.

1. Turn off the phone.
2. Clamp UV. Volume + Power to boot into the native recovery.
3. Boot into the bootloader. FASTBOOT should appear on the screen.
4. Connect the phone to the computers with the wires, unlock the bootloader:

fastboot oem unlock
fastboot flashing unlock
fastboot flashing unlock_critical

Each action must be confirmed on the phone with the button UV. Loudness.

5. Flash recovery.img using the SP Flash Tool.
