Given that TWRP on our device is started exclusively from a computer, it is more practical to use the stock recovery on your phone.

1. Return the old recovery
fastboot flash recovery nubia_n2_recovery.img

2. We use custom recovery if necessary via a computer
fastboot boot nubia_n2_twrp.img

3. If the phone is once zakirpichitsya, then we can always quickly reinstall the firmware through the stock recovery (SD card or OTG)
