You can add to the header
Reset google account on Alcatel U5 5044D
1. Open the SP Flash Tool
2. Select the Skatter file in the Skatter-Loading file
3. Go to the Format tab and set the Manual Format Flash
4. Manually set the addresses Begin Address [HEX]: 0xe000000 and Format Length [HEX]: 0x800000
5. Click START and connect the switched off phone to the PC

This week I received an answer from the support of the TSL in the spirit: the error will soon be fixed in the update.
Today, 90MB of updates came to 01002 from 10/05/17. Yandex Navigator, as before, is not set with the same error.
Not lazy, dropped the phone. After that (Urr! Zarrrabotlo!) Put: Ya.metro, Ya.pochta, J. navigator.
