There was a network computer - Zyxel Giga 2 - dune 303D. NFS, UDP. I don’t remember the speed figures, but there have never been problems with viewing. Did you change the router to Netis WF2780? everything else remained the same, problems with speed began. By samba, the speed of reading files is under 10, by NFS 3.6-4. It is clear that the matter is most likely in the router, but I did not find anything suitable in the settings. Where to dig?

I took the WF2780 out of the box, connected to the 2.4-xiaomi redmi 5 plus access point (Havoc OS firmware), I see 150mb / s at a channel width of 40 MHz.
It may be the firmware of the phone, and you need to do this:Fix to increase the width of the WiFi channel from 20Mhz to 40Mhz ?
