When a user needs to create or access KNOX containers, the device checks to see if a modified bootloader or unofficial OS kernel has been used. If it is found that an OS version not previously signed with a Samsung certificate was installed on the device, KNOX can no longer provide an adequate level of protection for corporate data and prohibits the installation of the container and access to it.

The KNOX warranty bit determines whether another kernel has been loaded onto this device. This is a one-time programmable fuse. If a third-party bootloader was installed on the device or a third-party kernel was loaded, KNOX can no longer guarantee the security of the KNOX container. As a result, the warranty bit is burned, and this means that it is no longer possible to install and use the KNOX container on this device.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to recover the warranty bit, and KNOX products will no longer work on such a device. The only way to return the device to its original state is to replace the hardware and the printed circuit. This can be done at an authorized Samsung service center.

Installation Instructions

1. We make backup;
   
2. Download the firmware and GApps and put it on the SD memory card;
   
3. We go to the custom recovery (Volume up + Home + Power button);
   
4. Flash LineageOS and GApps;
   
5. Boot into the system.

Errors

• The SIM card may not be detected by the device (in some cases rebooting helps);
  
• Long start of GPS (about 30 seconds);
  
• LTE dumping is possible;
  
• Fingerprint scanner does not work;
  
• The camera saves the photos in the wrong orientation (solution: enable 16: 9 resolution, 11.9 MP in the camera settings);
  
• SD card may not be found in the gallery and some other applications;

The first thing you liked was responsiveness, speed. The phone got a new breath.

As written by the developer, the fingerprint scanner does not work.
SIM card may not work (the phone may not see it or not recognize it), Helpsrebootand then it works fine.

About the connection: LTE works, but very often falls off. 3G is working properly. That is, Internet access will be there.

Performance: I haven't tried it yet in tests, but in normal tasks it is cold, in games (hardcore vr) it heats up, but the heating is pleasant. Hands do not burn.

PAYMENTS: Since Samsung Pei can no longer be used (Knox 0x1), I decided to use another method.
Our phone technology is not where it is not who has not canceled it and has not blocked it. By this downloadandroid payIn the play market, set up and voila contactless payments work.

Camera: It wants to leave the best, but this is only the alpha version.

Adding a card to android pay

1. Download magisk 13.3 for twrp. We drop it in the phone's memory.
   
2. Reboot to twrp.
   
3. Click to install choose our previously downloaded magisk and svayp to the right
   
4. Then reboot. Download may take a long time. (5 to 10 minutes, if it doesn’t start up, just reboot into the system)
   
5. Then download the magisk manager install, check safetynet and voila rejoice))
