Friends! Who cares, I will explain my little experience on unlocking the bootloader and root. This guide is compiled by reading the corresponding xda branch (https: //forum.xda-deve...ta-bootloader-t3519410) and YouTube manuals (https: //www.youtube.co...v=adUTEnsCaQY&t=1227s)., I advise you to look at the video before starting (although it is crooked), it will be easier and much clearer
What we have -LG V20 VS995 (Verizon)with firmware 13A. (nothing will come out on the 14th! Requires downgrade with the UPPERCOT program)
I have done the following steps (the whole process took about 10-15 minutes). AND,EVERYTHING AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!
Training:
1. Installed LG drivers (https: //www.mylgphones...id-usb-device-drivers)
2. Installed Fastboot and ADB (https: //www.androidfil…fid=24521665358595410
3. Downloaded v20-root.zip and TWRP (https: //forum.xda-deve...a-bootloader-t3519410)and SuperSu (https: //forum.xda-deve…2-78-release-t3452703)
4. In the development menu, enable USB debugging
5. Burn the microSD downloaded SuperSu and the core restock 1.2 (https: //forum.xda-deve...d-kernel-v20-t3556263)
6. Connect your phone in file transfer mode
7. In the directory with fastboot put the contents of the archive v20-root and twrp
8. Install Terminal Emulator on the device
The process itself:
1. Run the RUMMEFIRST file (this window DO NOT CLOSE! It will close on step 2 itself), a message about debugging should appear on the phone screen - check the box and confirm.
2. Run the terminal on the phone
3. Run Step1.bat
4. In the terminal of the phone we write: id
5. Then we write: applypatch / system / bin / atd storage / emulated / 0 / dirtysanta
6. Then starts step2.bat, the device will reboot into fastboot and start to vibrate (it is typical only for Verizon), DON'T BEGIN!
7. Next, you need to check the presence of drivers in the device manager! So that there are no unidentified devices, but there was an Android ADB interface (I had an Android Bootloader Interface), if the drivers are not installed, then you need to install (either automatically or by manually selecting the downloaded ones)
8. Next step3.bat. After the process is completed, the device will reboot and freeze on LG (typical for Verizon), what we are doing is disconnecting the cable, pulling out the battery, then inserting the battery and connecting the cable, the device will boot into fastboot again
9. Next, run the command line from the fastboot folder and insert the following lines in turn:
fastboot flash boot bootbackup.img
fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.0.2-1-us996.img
fastboot flash boot bootbackup.img
fastboot reboot
10. The device will again hang on LG, now you need to get into TWRP, for this: we take out the battery, insert the battery and hold the power key and volume down until LG appears, then release the power button for a second and press again (the Vol button keeps everything time)
11. Next, the reset window to the factory settings will appear, click the confirmation, launch TWRP, the recovery will ask for the password (since the device is encrypted), click Cancel, and make a swap to load into TWRP
12. Go to the Wipe tab, do Format Data - all the data of the internal memory will be erased! (it is desirable to remove the mircosd card)
13. Insert the card, go to the Mount tab and select MicroSd
14. Flash the archive with SuperSu and then the archive with the core ReStock 1.2 (it is necessary for the BUTLUP fix! Otherwise LG will hang all the time)
15. Everything. From the moment of unlocking, the Bootloader window will appear with a red triangle when loaded (hangs for about 15 seconds). The first time was a vibration right up to the system boot, now it IS DISAPPEARED, I do not know why.
This method is suitableONLY for VERIZON. For other devices, commands and actions may differ (must be compared with the original instructions on xda), although in general everything will be the same.This GUIDE is not a call to action, but simply MY EXPERIENCE, BE CAREFUL!
P / S I would like to see if some items are "not correct" or "superfluous", unsubscribed, in order to correct ...

Guys, there is a question, but most likely there is no answer to it yet and it probably won't be. H918 phone with firmware version 10p, the goal is to get root access or at least unlock the sim card. Roll back to an earlier version does not work, and knowing the same problem with the G4 LS991 is likely and will not work. Routing in some other way also does not work and with the unlock of the SIM card is still dull. Maybe someone came across, are there any options?
