Such a problem dropped the phone from about 2 meters in the case, the whole phone itself rebooted and started to slow down a lot. I decided to turn it off and it did not turn on. I put it on charge, but it didn’t light up anything on the display. Thought to carry it in service.
Then he pressed the buttons on it and the + key and the paver clamped, it turns on and works fine without problems, but if the switch also turns on only through the combination, the paver does not respond to the button. Although it works.

After 40 days, they called from the SC and said that the phone was not repairable. Verdict - refund from the seller. The seller gritted his teeth, after a long skirmish, issued the full cost of the phone. Adding 2 thousand rubles. Nokia 6.1 was purchased. Phone happy.

I pulled the phone out of the hard case now and it went out, only the button illumination reacted when the power button was pressed, then the fingerprint unlocking started and the sound appeared, but the screen did not light up, (+ post above) the reboot helped. I connected the device to the diagnostic cable of the car (not the first time) and during the diagnostics it went out only the button illumination worked. The phone worked, it received calls, but there was no answer. Also, the reboot helped, the process (charging connection + upper volume button + power button) was already recognized on the Internet upon arrival home. By the way, the phone has been working for almost 10 months and this is the second glitch, the first was the hang of the program with the screen constantly turned on, held the power button for longer and it rebooted.
