Description:
Briar is a messenger that works on the basis of secure Tor networks, as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The application uses a peer-to-peer system without central servers for data transfer, in connection with which the service cannot be blocked by removing servers. Thus, participants exchange messages directly with each other through end-to-end encryption. By default, the messenger uses the Tor protocols.
