We go to any site (for example, Mvideo), select "all tablets", look at the "RAM" filter, for clarity in brackets the number of tablets with a particular RAM. So there are such figures: with 1GB-92pcs, with 1.5GB - 18pcs, with 2GB-65pcs - a total of 165 pieces and with 3GGB-24pcs, with 4GB-11pcs - total 35pcs. The conclusion is 165 against 35. So with which tablet is smaller on the market?))
