Experience suggests that all the above programs (aytuls and so on) put what is put. If something is signed or not compatible then the program has nothing to do with it.
As an option: buy a cert for 340в‚Ѕ and subscribe everything you need.

I confirm. Put a jailbreak (iphone 6+ uncover), tried to install hacked ipa downloaded from iphonecake.com through this program - none of the 10 started, all crashed. Through filza everything was installed and working normally. I consider the program useless without the ipa installation function, this is the only reason why it is needed.
