You have no drivers installed. Show (screenshot) device manager.
When flashing, there should be such a device

And where did you read that with the firmware you need to press the power button ?, when flashing, you just need to hold the volume button up and connect the phone to the cable. The volume up button and switch on together need to be clamped only when you enter the recovery (TWRP).
