Everything is logical. To get the root, you put TWRP and wiped regular recovery, and OTA uses it.
TWRP cannot process the installation script (the regular software recovery is closed and what is happening in it, what and what checks it cannot be found without re-engineering) and does not clear the flag that the update is installed and tries to flash it again. Hence the lack of loading in normal mode. Softreset or manual removal of the update file will help. Either put the stock recovery through the flashlight, but not the fact that even with it, OTA will be put into the system with root.

For different motorol, after TWRP has already been flashed, OTA will not be able to correctly stand up, it is checked.
