I have a bank for 20k from xiaomi, the same trouble, and with all the ears, not only Xiaomovsky. because it has 2 ports, the problem is solved by parallel charging of the phone from the second port. but in general, I, as a person far from physics and electronics, had the impression that my ears are so little pulled when charging, that my bank thinks that the port is inactive (it thinks the ears are an error) and turns it off.
