I understand that there is only DC - UNLOCKER. And god with them, money, it seems, and not so expensive. But gnawing at me anyway, will it be possible to root it in this way, or will the money fly away, and the program will respond with something like “not found”, “not supported”, “error”, etc. Do you guys have any experience of rutting this device after the introduction of an official ban from the manufacturer? |

Then it remains write-protected and is not formatted. Maybe it was meant by the word encrypted! I inserted my sd card - everything is fine, the data are intact. That's just to enable USB mass storage mode ... I do not know if it is possible on this device in principle ... Post has been editedLShadow77 - 16.03.19, 11:34 |

User [offline] Group: Friendssavagemessiahzine.com Messages 80 Check in: 29.03.17 Reputation: 3 | Hello everyone again! Perhaps my question will seem silly, but how best to proceed: first connect the tablet to the Internet, wait until all updates are installed, and then flash twrp, magisk and, accordingly, get Root? Or is it better to get Root right away? However, I read here that after installing twrp, the ability to receive updates will be lost, and therefore, bugs may remain in the firmware, which are likely to be fixed in new updates. How to deal with such a dilemma? Model Huawei T3 8 "KOB-L09 The second question. I had a previous tablet on Android 4.4.2. After rutting, I treated him almost like a computer, with the Linux OS installed (albeit androdised). Accordingly, I installed a terminal on it, BusyBox, Dropbear ssh-server along with opkg, and through the latter I put a number of packages I needed in my work and life, such as Midnight Commander (administered on a PC from Putty), MTR, OpenVPN. For the latter, I wrote scripts that build and destroy a tunnel, with the help of which I could connect directly to my home LAN from anywhere, where there is an Internet connection (I put symlinks on them directly into / system / bin). In general, I did a lot of goodies with my old Tesla Neon 8, which is now dead)) However, it wasold tablet, without any protection, encryption of partitions and other locks. As I understand it, everything can be different in the 7th android. Accordingly, what kind of "surprises" can I have after receiving Root on my new device, and how can I overcome these surprises in order to transform my device in the same way as I described above? P.S. The bootloader has unblocked, now the tablet on the factory settings and has not yet connected to the Internet (accordingly, it has not been updated). Before gaining more air in the chest, and go to the root, I decided to first ask the experts for advice. |

User [offline] Group: Friendssavagemessiahzine.com Messages 80 Check in: 29.03.17 Reputation: 3 | DanteZHAT, I read the cap. It says that the / DATA partition is encrypted, which is why it is impossible to backup it via twrp. But I still do not understand, will I be able to enter this section in principle, after I have made the root? For example, to edit application data (/ data / data / *), or to access Wi-Fi passwords ... And also, can I install BusyBox, Dropbear, etc., after the root, in the same way as did on the old tablet? Is the su command available from the terminal? Is it possible to modify / system? To put bash-scripts in autoload? |

There are no problems with busybox, / system can be changed, there are no problems with the terminal either. Posted 03/20/2019 10:57 AM: IrakliCH, there is a task for the Chinese locale to put Google services. We tried to install with opengapps, but the tablet goes into the bootlap. Can you tell me how to change the region? So far, it only comes to mind to flash oeminfo from Russia and then put the stock ... |

User [offline] Group: Friendssavagemessiahzine.com Messages 80 Check in: 29.03.17 Reputation: 3 | through the system you can, through twrp no. There are no problems with busybox, / system can be changed, there are no problems with the terminal either. Thank you, calmed down a bit. But basically, I can just copy the contents of the / data section from the system to the sd card using a regular file manager, and if necessary copy everything back? Or does it have its own pitfalls? In general, I imagined myself: I'm twirp firmware, I immediately create a full backup of the firmware, and then I get the root and do what I want. In the case of a random zakirpichivaniya, boot into recovery and restore the firmware from the backup. But it turns out that because of encryption, I can’t immediately make a backup, and therefore, to return everything “as it was” if something suddenly goes wrong. Accordingly, I cannot make a backup before removing the encryption, which I need to remove just in order to be able to make a backup. A vicious circle comes out! Maybe I did not understand something and in fact not everything is so depressing? |
