Important information!
ATTENTION! Do not install firmware from Lenovo a936! On devices, different modems, IMEI will fly off and SIM cards will not work (by custom, too)

Flash Tool Windows v5.1452.00.000:

This version for our device just right.
And universal drivers (suitable for our model and many other Lenovo):

And if after flashing from A936 then flashing a modem like on the S850t
I uploaded to the custom firmware from A936, stock modem (firmware with Russian):https://cloud.mail.ru/public/4AwZ/Ccjt7oMB1
Set via TWRP or CWM.
Checked, everything works fine;)

FlashTool firmware manual. Be sure to backup before all manipulations !!! Custom recovery can be downloaded here:

installed via FlashTool as well as the firmware (with the exception of step 5 of the instructions below, because the checkmark should be checked only for recovery)
Would need:
1. Drivers and FlashTool itself -Lenovo a938t - Official firmware (Post camel95 # 61988924)
2. Of. firmware (look in the header).

Would need:
1. Drivers and FlashTool itself -Lenovo a938t - Official firmware (Post camel95 # 61988924)
2. Of. firmware (look in the header).
Actually the instruction itself
1. Unpack FlashTool in the root of drive C.
2. Unpack the firmware in any folder (on the way to it there should not be Russian letters, otherwise the file scanner will give an error).
3. Start FlashTool and MUST set the checkboxes in the settings - Options - Download DA DL All with Checksum - USB Checksum and Storage Checksum.
Inachi get a semi-brick!
4. Change the boot mode (software - the default is DOWNLOAD) to Firmware Upgrade.
Select the scatter in the folder with the firmware - the target_bin subfolder.
5. After that, if there is a checksum file, the firmware files will be checked, wait a minute or two.
Check that the paths to all files are filled.
If any file or item is not selected, then you need to check the missing element and click on the Location cell opposite it and select the appropriate file.
6. Press the DOWNLOAD button (this is the NAME of the firmware start button - not the firmware mode)
7. Turn over the battery and connect the switched off body to the PC.
