I did on Mac through the terminal, do not know - there are similar services / teams on Windows (but there is a second way, without a terminal).
1. Install on the computer file browser for iOS devices (iFunBox, ILIKE)
2. Make backup iOS device
3. Run the file browser (without turning off the iOS device device) and log in to the file system section, then open the / System / Photodata folder
4. Copy to computer files photos.sqlite, photos.sqlite-wal, photos.sqlite-shm.Be sure to make another backup of each of the three files!
5. Using the programDB BROWER FOR SQLITE (Freeware):
1. Open photos.sqlite.
2. Run the command: Update zgenericasset set zaddeddate = zdatecreated where zaddeddate>0 and zdirectory like 'dcim%';
3. Save changes
6. Using Terminal for MacOS:
1. Open Terminal, execute the command: SQLITE3
2. Open photos.sqlite file: .open / {file path} /photos.sqlite
3. Run the command: Update zgenericasset set zaddeddate = zdatecreated where zaddeddate>0 and zdirectory like 'dcim%';
4. Write changes to the command: .save / {file path} /photos.sqlite

Therefore, I deleted all three files from the device (after preserving them on a PC), and this one altered, which remained, threw on the tablet.
