This is not the first Blackview phone with such protection. As an example, I can mention the model bv7000 and A7 (this is one of those that I have met) it turns out that now all the images in the official firmware have a digital signature (the image name contains * -sign.img ) at the stage of flashing the firmwarepreladerchecks images and if they do not have the required signature, then an error just pops up ... which actually happens when I try to flash my backup with a USB flash drive on the scatter .. in short, except for the preloader itself, do not flash anything left (without a signature) in the standard way ... So!

Instructions for custom firmware TWRP-recovery

To begin, make sure that you have installed drivers for the SP_Flash_Tool flash driver

After you have the driver for the flash driver installed, the phone in the device manager is determined correctly, you can proceed to the firmware step.
We unpack the SP_Flash_Tool flasher (folder) on the desktop, also we create a separate folder on the desktop or in the folder with the flasher (the folder name is preferably short and without Russian characters).
Download the custom TWRP-recovery from the header as well as the scatter file (extract the text file from the archive) and put them in the created folder

Extract the file from the archive and put it in the same folder.
