OrangePi 2G-IOT supports ADB mode, it is useful without a screen.

Important! OrangePi 2G-IOT does not support both USB Host and OTG.


First of all, configure the jumper switches to select the “adb” mode, as shown below:
"1234" - "UP", and "5678" - "DOWN",
Then configure adb in Linux or Windows.
Connect the OrangePi 2G-IOT to a PC using a USB cable
Then use the adb command to connect.

Above in posts, the presented displays do not have a wheelbarrow (and it is available on the connector pins), there are no two types of illumination — the screen and the keys. And like all the contacts involved, judging by the photos. And most importantly, even the adapter, if you concoct, the display controller / logic levels are compatible with 2G-IOT? Maybe by the end of the working day I’m stupid and I don’t see something, but it’s better to ask the seller a question before taking something from the sale.
