This will continue for a very long time - new “dialers” are needed by children, elderly people who do not want to understand new technologies, as well as those who like the simplicity and autonomy of classic push-button phones.

And yet, even in such devices there are difficult removable problems. For example, your son's classmate will introduce a new security code into your phone - and will safely forget it. To get out of the situation by a banal reset to the factory settings here will not succeed - the phone simply does not let you go further than the password entry window.

How to get out of the situation and return everything to its place, we now will tell. So, in your hands is the classic of the mobile world, the Samsung b310e phone and it is locked with a security code.

1. Remove the sim card and memory card from the phone.

5. Download the firmware for Samsung b310e (https://cloud.mail.ru/public/By5M/qD262iLAF). Unpack it somewhere, preferably next to the other folders for the firmware.

6. Run ResearchDownload (exe-file with the same name in the program folder). In the window that opens, click on the button with a huge and only gear.



7. In the window that opens, find the folder named sc6500_samsung_EiderVESS_E1200R_EUR and select the file sc6500_samsung_EiderVESS_E1200R_EUR.pac there.

8. Click on the second button in the ResearchDownload window, with two gears. These are additional settings.



See the first five items marked by the birds? Now we will tell the program the necessary files from the Samsung b310e firmware. Click in the FileName field. A button with three dots will appear on the right. Click on it.



In the new window, select the file named NDR_FDL from the folder B310EXXND6_OXEAND6.



Now do the same in the first five paragraphs marked by the bird. Each time choosing to replace a file with the same letters in the name as in the marked FileID (first column).

9. Having selected all the necessary files (it is difficult to make a mistake here, refer to the names), press the third button in the ResearchDownload program. Now turn off the phone, hold the number 1 on it and without releasing it, connect the phone to the computer, a reliable cable and to the connectors on the back panel of the system unit.

10. Phased firmware will start - a blue progress bar will appear in the program window several times. Do not close the program, do not turn off the computer, do not touch the phone until Passed notification appears in the ResearchDownload window.

Everything went well, you can disconnect the phone and turn it on - the Samsung b310e lock has been successfully removed and you do not have to pay the service to restore the button device.
