Marshmallow custom roms do not use the same standard kernel that is used by the CiaoOS / Stock firmware.

We tried to repeat your problem - even automatically / manually turning off Wi-Fi for many hours - but we did not have any problems with either the custom kernel 3.10.72 or the latest version 3.10.106.

To help us further investigate the situation, you should provide more information about:

1. Installed Applications

2. Log data (adb logcat *: E)

3. Did you write that you had such a problem, since build 20180401 HNR-CM-13 = was everything OK with 20180328 HNR-CM13 and previous builds or FLYME assemblies 6.7.12.29 IR?

In release 20180705, the old battery charge control is used, so -if you replace the kernel release with 3.10.106+ or the latest build 3.10.72+ - It is normal that autonomous charging does not work.

If you want to use the 3.10.106+ kernel, I would suggest using it in the latest version of the HNR-CM13 package.
