What have you been doing:
I installed the "Update of the firmware from July 2, 2017" from the header.

Firmware dated 07/02/2017

2. Run the UpgradeDownload utility in the tools folder
3. Download the file with the firmware (with the extension .pac) - the left button with one gear ("Load packet")
4. Press the Play button ("Start downloading")
5. Connect the switched off smartphone to USB, after holding the VOL + "button
6. I pulled out and inserted the battery - the phone is working.

Then on "TWRP 3.0.2 and ROOT for Digma Vox S507 4G" from the header:

6. Press the Play button ("Start downloading")
7. Connect the switched off device to USB, after holding the VOL + and PWR buttons
8. The firmware process will start, wait until Passed is displayed.

We do everything according to the instructions in the header, up to 4 points.
5.Connect the phone without a battery to the PC, holdVolume UPand insert the battery, the program will start the firmware of the smartphone, now you can release the volume button.
6.At the end of the firmware in the Progress column, the text Passed will turn green, disconnect the phone from the PC, remove and insert the battery, turn on the smartphone.
P.S.
My phone hung on the logo, the firmware, I thought, would fix it. No, it's all in vain. I did not bother, I gave it without repair.
