ildar_010299So, the problem was that the cable was torn in half, cleaned and connected by solder, but everything remained the same, it turns out to be a 2-layer cable and all conductors 5, and not 3 as I thought in the end I had to solder 3 contacts (2 minus, and 1 control). As a result, the phone turns on and charges.
