My magisk since 17.2 and newer did not issue a request for getting root rights by applications, stupidly the window did not appear on top of others.
I stopped at version 17.1 and do not update it - it works fine.

Getting Started with the SP Flash Tool
Download the latest version of the SP Flash Tool and unzip it to a folder in the root of drive C, the folder name must be in Latin.
The first thing we do: a copy of NVRAM by THIS INSTRUCTION
Before flashing in the program Flash Tool-settings-download, we put daws in front of all 2 points.
Remove the bird from the preloader
Download the firmware for FT from the header (preferably the latest), unzip it to the folder (folder name in Latin) next to SPFlashTool, specify the path to the scatter file (the file is in the folder with the firmware: MT6735_Android_scatter.txt). In the window we check that the Download Only mode is set. Click the Download button. Completely turn off the smartphone and connect it with a complete cable to the rear USB port of the computer. We are waiting for the end of the firmware (a green tick appears).

Thanks, reanimated buggy firmware. Prior to this, I rebooted and entered the firmware reinstallation cycle. Now the flight is normal.
