Here is the working QCN to restore IMEI on the A6020a40 (tested on TA with Snapdragon 415).
First, we will erase sections modemst1, modemst2, fsg via fastbboot / 9008.
Put the root, activate the Diag port, you can tryin this manner, or through a broken software like CM2QLM / UMT and so on.
We correct the number in the QCN file from the default (if this is not done, there will be no registration on the network) on your own (located under the battery or on the box), imeirebuilder for example, or through a Hex editor.
We write QCN through QPST Software Download on the Restore tab. Do not use QFIL - it does not always fill up correctly.
Reboot, delete the root, reboot again. Both sims work, modem firmware and both IMEI in their places.
