Specifications

New, powerful TV set-top box from Beelink on the latest Realtek RTD1295DD processor.

"ZIDOO X9S" will be better because it has two powerful external Wi-Fi antennas, and here in "Beelink SEA", as usual in their portable models, instead of a normal antenna, there is a small film or printed bluff.
But in the "Beelink SEA" you can install SATA HDD 2.5 "inside the box body, and in" ZIDOO X9S "you can connect SATA HDD only on the outside SATA interface, which is ugly and impractical (but not only 2.5" but 3.5 " gives a much larger amount of available data on the HDD).

But in general, it’s not quite clear to me exactly what the owner may need to record via the HDMI input, because the set-top box is bought just to watch all TV channels from the Internet via Android itself, and not through a separate Satellite receiver, from which Record via the HDMI input with a set-top box ... In addition, the original stream with HDMI is not "grabbed", but clamped with a lower bitrate and quality, and even with the killed bitrate of sound (32 Kbps).

In general, this is a very niche product (all models on RTD1295), if you are sober in approaching functionality and price.
And it seems to me that this model will not bring anything new to the niche which has long been occupied by the “ZIDOO X9S” model, which has long been on the market and is more or less popular in the “narrow circle”.

I agree, I have i One i826, the device support has died without even starting.
Not one of the native firmware does not relieve the device from the problems with the hang-up of the console, and it hangs tight.
I had to sew firmware from another set-top box, as a result, the HDMI IN function naturally disappeared, but at least the hangs were gone ...
