then create a folder named “a” in the root of the C: \ drive

If the phone does not offer to restart the system after changing the language, then you need to repeat this installation process for all CAB files with the ru prefix, try to flash the other CAB files. Firmware occurs when placed in a folder, one by one!

To install the interface localization language, you need two cab-updates of the corresponding language containing "... mainos.production_lang ..." and "... prerelease_protected.mainos_lang ..." in the file name.
Manual installation of cab-updates "registry substitution and disguise" is not required as such.

Did a reset, replace in the registry and was updated to 14393 ...., then immediately established 15063.297. For the Russification downloaded from the Microsoft update site if it were, but it was enough to install one, as someone here said. But the menu was still in English, although in the parameters the Russian language was at the top. I accidentally found a solution: first I moved up the English language, and after a reboot I moved the Russian language up in the same way. Only after this, the parameters and everything else became in Russian. Only one problem remains: the Russian language of the keyboard is not downloaded ... Who knows the solution?
