Heating and throttling

From the factory in the tablet, the maximum power consumption (TDP) SOC (CPU + GPU) = 7 watt is set.
This means that at full CPU load, frequencies will be reset to 1.9-2.1GHz, with demanding games to 0.6-0.9GHz, which negates the FPS in demanding games.
