To check the tablet, it is better to download the checked video to the internal memory or to the memory card and play it with the built-in player and VLC player. I have no problem playing video 1920x1080 from various sources.

I can not enter the preloader mode. With any combination from the manual (loudness - and power, both loudness and reboot several times, etc.) it is set as usual MediaTek Port, which is not given in the SP Flash Tool (swears on the absence of the preloader mode).
Flash Tool from the header swears when you try to load into memory: emmcs is required, found - none.
Do I understand correctly that it is the flash memory that has died?

And is there any alternative on the buttons to get the mediatek preloader in the device manager?
