Proguard in the case of Infinitode is not used for protection, but to reduce the weight of the source. CheatSafe-classes are made for those who want to change the value in the forehead in memory and rejoice. There is no point in making cheat protection for a single player game. Infinitode 2 generally encourages modding and adds cheat features as the game progresses.
And I would advise you to show a little respect before writing something like that - the developers are people too, and the forum can read.
