Its purpose is to write logs during crashes so that the developer supposedly can figure it out if anything happens.
So, it turned out that for many years of use this crap created hundreds of thousands (and this is not an exaggeration) of small files in the /data/data/[ subdirectory of the application //files/.Fabric/.
And this porn does not know how to sweep. And as a result, the number of inodes on the file system / data was exhausted, which is why the programs could not create a new file (and not at all because the place ran out).

Delete files directly with the rm command will not work - if you write "rm *" in the directory with dumps, the command line interpreter swears that the command line is too long (still, so many files in the directory). The most trouble-free protocol is SMB. This is the usual "folder sharing" in Windows, any NAS also supports, and any Linux too.
