Installation

1. Download the archive and unpack it in a convenient place, preferably to the root of the disk.

FIRST STAGE: CREATING BEKAP TELEPHONE SETTINGS.
First you need to make sure that you will backup all phone data if you want something. In order to return everything as it was in the case of capturing, you must ALWAYS make a QCN – recovery file.
1. We connect the included phone to the computer through the wire, on the device in the drop-down menu from the bottom we select “charging only”. In My Computer, instead of a phone, a type of CD icon will appear! On it, the driver manufacturer has already recorded. Launch Autorun and install this driver. Everything passes automatically and after a couple of seconds you will see a hint in the tray saying that the driver is installed and ready to work.
2. Disconnect the phone from the computer and go to the phone’s menu options and go to the phone section, there we find the build version and tap it until we become the developer (the phone will signal with a pop-up message).
3. Go to the developer menu and enable USB debugging mode (debugging ADB), do not touch anything else there. Exit the menu.

SECOND STAGE: TVRP FIRMWARE (custom recovery)

1. USB debugging is still enabled on your device so that you are ready for the firmware in principle. On the computer you have downloaded NubiaZ11 miniSTWRP.

Go to the root folder of the phone and copy the open_gapps-arm64-6.0-pico-20161109 archive there (pico works exactly, only the necessary ones are there, I did not check other archives if you need to download other micro or nano options). Disconnect the phone from the computer.
3. Turn off the phone. Enter the bootloader mode (this is a bios type) - you need to simultaneously hold the power button and the volume rocker down key (-) and hold until you get into this mode (like a black screen with a menu). We connect the bodies to the computer through the stock cable.
4. Go to the folder TvRP on your computer and run Start.bat. In the blue window, you will be prompted to make a choice, enter 1 "TWRP flash" and enter. The download starts, it will ask you to press any key. You will see the lines "OK" so everything is flashed. The program will prompt you to press any key in order to load the phone in the mode of updated custom recovery.
5. If everything turned out correctly, when you turn on you will see a recovery in Chinese. There will be two rectangular buttons, you need to click on the right, this is the choice of language. There is even Russian. Then everything will be clear. The phone from the computer can now be safely disconnected.

THIRD STAGE: OWN INSTALLATION OF GAPS!
Gaps are installed directly in the recovery. Before that, as you remember, we dropped the downloaded archive with these gaps into the root folder of the phone, if you did not, you can turn on the device in normal mode and copy the archive with services you need and turn off the phone.
1. Go to the custom recovery, turn on the phone with the power button and the volume button up (+) simultaneously pressed.
2. Select the installation button in the menu (the topmost one on the left) and select our archive with gaps from the list (it will be at the very bottom usually). We confirm the installation by swiping to the right.
3. After a short time, the line will signal you that the installation was successful and ask you if you want to delete the cache. I chose to remove. Reboot and turn off the phone.
4. Now you need to reboot in the Emergency Recovery. You need to turn on the phone with the power key and the volume down (-) button simultaneously pressed. In the bootloader menu, use the volume keys to select the item Reboot to nubia emergency recovery and press the power button confirming the choice.
5. The phone will boot into the stock emergence recovery. Choose English, and then Wipe Data. You need shorter ALL (!!!) clean up Applications and Cache partition. After selecting the menu, you will need to confirm everything.APDATE Onarion:You can not overload it in emergency recovery, but do wipe directly from TWRP. There is a corresponding section WIPE / Clear. Select Cache + Davlik + data in it.

After a while, you will see a red flower NUBIA UI logo and a progress bar that should be completely filled. Upon completion, the phone will turn on in normal mode.

- The first thing that should be done with important applications is to prohibit their unloading and closing. This is especially true for various instant messengers and social network applications. To do this, you need to start the application, then by long pressing the central round button to calllist of running applications. Click on the desired application and drag it down. A lock icon will appear above the application. Now, after optimizing the processes of the phone and cleaning the RAM, the important application will not be closed. Repeat the procedure returns the application to normal operation.
