The ISO setting is in the drop down menu. If your device does not support manual ISO change, then it will not be there.

By the way, does Open Camera 1.40 have an ISO adjustment? Since HedgeCam is based on OpenCamera, it inherits some of its bugs. If this is a bug of the old version of Open Camera, and now it is fixed, then after upgrading to HedgeCam 2, which will be based on Open Camera 1.40, everything will be fine.
