1) Is it worth it to overpay and buy a version with i5 or can I limit myself to i3?
2) How hard is it to disassemble a laptop to replace hard and RAM?
3) I did not understand what was in this laptop with ssd drives. What is it limited by the lack of support for NVMe?

Model Dell Vostro 5568-2945, took in MVideo for 38k at a discount.
Based on the specifications of the i3 7100U, i5 7200U and i7 7500U, everyone has a maximum supported frequency of 2133 MHz. [link]
Based on the description on the manufacturer’s website, DDR4 2400 MHz memory is supported. [link]

Someone, you can write a full description of the memory strips installed in your Vostro, with timings, frequency and manufacturer.
Or even better, if possible - a full (or almost complete) report of hardware from Everest, for example.

On the official website they write 2400 MHz, my memory supports up to 2400, but the real one - 2133
