Therefore:
- I took the scatter from the folder with the firmware (MT6737M_Android_scatter);
- renamed Twrp-v3-for-X7-Pro.img ->in recovery.img
- put both files separately;
- I launched FT, chose a scanner, in the line appeared the path to the image, the jackdaw was already standing on it.
- clicked "Download", connected the switched off phone to the wire. And everything was done.

Threat, to go into TWRP recovery (at least for me), you need to press "power", wait for the logo to appear and then hold down "vol + and power". If you hold it from the very beginning, the phone shows the logo and it reboots and again the logo is infinite.
