It was rummaged in the Internet and still put a solution for writing to external carriers. I post in a responding form and with a detailed description of step by step.
Permission to write to external media for any application anywhere on disk 1. Need root and straight hands
2. Install Total Commander (on the console) (very convenient since it has a two-component interface and the ability to edit system files).
Attention! Editing the file only on the console / phone. In no case on a computer with subsequent copying. Such manipulations are fraught with the discharging of the device as a result of violation of the rights of access to the file and other changes in its structure. 3. Go to the root directory in
/ data / system / and look for the file
packages.xml . It has permits for all applications and packages installed in the console.
4. To change the write permission for your application you need to know the name of the package. All names are stored in the same directory in the file.
packages.list .
For example, for Acestream Media you need org.acestream.media and for TitaniumBackup - com.keramidas.titaniumbackup. Why, as an example, these applications, because they are the most upright and not to change the folder for cache and backups, respectively.
5. Now open the file
packages.xml In the Total Editor and searching for your package name to add permission. After the coincidence is found, just below you see the block code "<perms>"
6. Resolution on the record is only one line.
<item name = "android.permission.WRITE_MEDIA_STORAGE" granted = "true" flags = "0" />
It needs to be added to any place in the block
perms .
You should get as in the photo
7. Save the file.
8. Restarting prefix.
9. For other applications doing the same thing or do it once for all that you need.
All, now for recording, you can choose an external medium and any place on it, at least in the "Vasya" folder: D
