Ha, I solved the problem. More precisely, its creators decided Cinnamon shell for Ubuntu. Put 16.04 with cinnamon environment and it has a sleep mode that works even better than vindovsky. Comp essentially turned off even a click occurs and the light goes out completely, but wakes the mouse.
