If still relevant. In other matters, it can come in handy for someone. The device is good for the money, but it gets warm. When watching video in 1080p, trotting of the processor begins. As for the overheating or throttling Z83, I ran the tests with LinX and AIDA64, as recommended in a crushing review of the overheating Tronsmart ARA, called the "colossus with feet of clay." Unlike Tronsmart, my compic, after reaching a temperature of 83 В° C in all the tests conducted for a long time, remained operational, and the temperature ranged from 82 В° C to 84 В° C. BP 12 volt produces, the device does not respond to the button, neither for short, nor for long press. I signed up with girbest, opened a ticket, it took several days for correspondence. They suggested downloading the BIOS, the Windows PE system from Mega (Mega.nz). From the third time he explained that the device does not turn on. Absolutely. No way. Absolutely. They agreed to receive repairs, they gave the address. Sent. I will wait. While using Beelink BT3, from another room.
I assume that the BIOS has flown, but the warranty does not allow flashing. Although the programmer is. Good luck to all.

But the compic turned out to be working, the power supply burned out, although it gave out 12, but there was not enough power.
Replaced the block and everything is OK.
Only the power supply should be "capacitive", i.e. withstand voltage when there are drops in the network.
