Impression of win 10 - 64
Works: all
Doesn't work: detect

Installed via a USB flash drive to a non-native hard drive.
immediately started - the drivers got everything except the video (downloaded separately from the official site).
in a couple of hours no hangs were detected.

Explanations: The first launch of the camera is long

User's manual

After two weeks of use, I returned to Windows 7. The most optimal option - because over time, Windows 10 grew and the computer terribly slowed down and warmed up: blush:

I played with another os: os remix - version 2/64 started, version three 3/64 - an error occurred during installation.
the camera did not work with a custom, then in the update it was fixed and began to plow.

and basked

To what temperatures did it get warm? Just yesterday I became the owner of this laptop. Booted in Linux and was horrified - the processor temperature is 90 degrees. I disassembled, changed thermal grease, cleaned the fan and now the temperature in operation is in the range of 60-70 degrees. Is this normal for this iron or should I dig deeper into the cooling system?

* olegbir ,

It is necessary not only to clean the radiator from dust, but often it is necessary to remove the cooler bushing, rinse it off with alcohol and put it back. The same problem was with Sony Vaio. A new radiator costs $ 120. Although it is easy to recover. Grease is better automotive green, or lithol.

Such a laptop was littered up, it was very rarely used due to languidity, one might say it was gathering dust on a shelf.
The question is - is it worth it to upgrade to 4 GB ram + ssd disk, or is it not worth it to bother and immediately throw or sell it on Avito?
Those. Will there be any sense from ssd and 4GB of RAM?

Installed 4 GB of RAM and SSD, I can say:
It loads faster, but due to the fact that there is sata 2 and a slowed down percent, I did not feel much performance gain. Youtube more than 720p barely pulls and then periodically crashes, although the Internet is 100 mb. If there was an opportunity to change it, then he would have done so.
