How to find the folder of your device and the firmware branch on the update server, if it is not already in the database

To find the link to the firmware located on the Huawei update server (which gives you new firmware via the phone menuUpdate), it is necessary:

1. Roll back to one of the earliest firmware, which is guaranteed to "update" over the air or wait for your update;
   
2. Install any traffic sniffer (for example,Packet capture), and if you have a packet interception feature in the router, run it (for example, in Zyxel Internet centers) Thus you can find a way even while in eRecovery;
   
3. Start the update process on the phone, wait for the OTA update to start downloading
   
4. In the sniffer logs find a link to the update, similar to this:
   update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1076 / g104 / v55230 / f1 / full /

Information is not relevant

To search for the rest of the firmware, you need to iterate through the links on the server by replacing the value after the letter "v" (for example, v55230, v55231, v55232, etc.) When changelog.xml firmware is found, you need to replace changelog.xml with filelist.xml. To understand FullOTA or OTA-firmware, you need to focus on the size of the file update.zip. The largest file is the FullOTA firmware.
