• Make sure that Android 5.x.y and TWRP custom recovery are installed - version 2.8.7 recommended (see here) / 3.0.2-1;
  
• Download firmware;
  
• Download GAPPS:
  
• For CM13 / AICPhttp://opengapps.org/- choose arm64 and Android 6.0, mini / micro / nano / pico;

And on Needrom'e there are really 2 firmwares of February 22: one for FlashTools (has FL in the name) and one FOTA. What to do with the first one should be clear to everyone. But I don’t know what to do with the second one; I refused to sew it from the custom recovery. Perhaps it can be flashed from stock.

OTG with a flash drive works fine - it recognizes, reads, writes. But it is only necessary to connect an external USB camera (I connect to the Chinese endoscope) - glitches begin:
1. Camera FI starts, the camera recognizes, BUT - a dark screen (nothing is output from the camera).
2. after disconnecting the endoscope (external USB camera) - OTG disappears. Completely Even the flash drive does not recognize / not see. Although the power to the flash drive is (LED on it is lit).

It is treated only by a complete reboot (not a flashing, but a reboot) of the body.
If the camera is not connected, the USB flash drive is turned on and off and then connected again normally.

On the previous firmware I did not try, but now I am too lazy to rewrite the body (reluctant to restore everything again).

Shl. I updated to the root. First, of course, I put it on rooted - I got an infinite "application setup" and "installation completion". I had to treat it by flashing the stock firmware through flash-tul. On a clean (not ruled, with a native recovery) phone - the update rose through the air without problems.

ZYY. There is no such problem on the Lenovo tablet - and the USB flash drive and USB camera are connected, working, disconnecting normally.
