When the antenna is connected, it grows to 95 dBm, noise is slightly reduced, the signal is weak, but stable. I have been using it for 3 months without any complaints.

Here in my case, the lte interface does not appear at all. And in the connected devices there is no modem. Although other modems are working properly and this Yotovsky also works with a computer.

I purchased this modem. 2 months everything worked like a clock. Complete with Zyxel Kennetic 4G III

But here came the modem today and Zyxel is not detected in any way, I tried resetting it to the factory settings, the latest firmware. Even went bought a new router. Nothing helps. The device simply does not see the modem. Also, the log does not display any information about connecting and disconnecting the modem. But the modem itself receives power, which is indicated by the LED.

I tried to insert into the computer. Everything is working.

Made the assumption that perhaps for some reason not enough power. Measured the voltage on the USB interface Zyxel 4.98v. I bought an active USB hub with a power supply and checked the voltage of 5.19 volts on it. And the modem is still not detected by the Zyxel.

Maybe someone came across a similar.
In what direction to dig, what can be taken from further action? Thanks in advance for your attention and tips.
