chown (CHange OWNer) - change of owner (and group) of files. Changing permissions is chmod.

The source text was:
>5- Reboot into twrp and copy all your backed up data via usb mtp to your phone.
>5- Open cmd and type "adb shell chown -R media_rw: media_rw / data / media"

When copying to / data / media for all copied directories and files, the owner / group becomes root: root.
Then by calling chown recursively (-R key) they change to media_rw: media_rw.

In fact, yes, this is permission to write in / data / media.

Yes, on the whole tree - because chown is invoked with the '-R' key.

Faced the problem of a locked screen after applying a patch on a dual boot. When using multi, this situation also arose, but then I did not find the answers. I had a fool to do a complete cleaning of the memory.
The answer, as always, was already known, it remained only to find it.
If you have blocked the screen with a code / graphic key and a fingerprint on the primary firmware, then during the initial installation of the utility by a multi or dualboot you may encounter an entry problem. It will highlight that the code is incorrect. Such a problem will arise after you are happy to try out the second to fifth parallel installed firmware and reboot into the primary OS.

To fix the situation, go to twrp in the file manager and delete the following files along the path / data / system:

1. gatekeeper.password.key
2. gatekeeper.pattern.key
3. locksettings.db
4. locksettings.db-shm
5. locksettings.db-wal

After deleting these files, we boot into our first OS and now the fingerprint or code should work.
