I really want a theme that would cancel all the "target" mockery of icons. Those. so that all applications have native icons, that they do not forcibly scale and that there are no "underlays" under them.

REM has already shoveled a bunch of themes available through a regular application, but there is no ideal - some icons are smaller than they should be, others are larger (even cropped) and still a lot of left icons remain, which will forcibly replace native application icons :(
