indows 8.1 x64, she installed the driver herself. In the device manager there is no "compatible id" item. Here is all that can provide useful information:
The installation of the ng9x25vspat00.inf_amd64_f191a77df0a89847 \ ng9x25vspat00.inf driver for the device instance with the ID ROOT \ PORTS \ 0000 is completed with the following state: 0x0.
ng9x25vspat00.inf - just there is a virtual COM port driver running on top of RNDIS ...
They are in the driver package AC78xSDrivers.exe
These ports are not included in the composition of the USB router. And since they are virtual, they do not have their own VID, PID and "compatible id" ...
Everything is good here ...

AT! UDINFO?
Vid: 0x0846
APP PID: 0x68E1
BOOT PID: 0x68E0
Manufacturer: NETGEAR, Inc.
Product: AirCard 810S
Here you can see all the same classic mode with a single physical RNDIS and virtual COM on top of it. (APP PID: 0x68E1)
Everything as in the previous AirCard 78xS and 790S was. Netgear didn't invent anything new ...
BOOT PID: 0x68E0 - also a classic Download Mode, similar to all AirCard 78xS and 790S.
Driver for BOOT PID: 0x68E0 - all in the same AC78xSDrivers.exe
You need to install it before updating the firmware. Otherwise, the fdt.exe flash driver will not see the Download Mode port and will not be able to update the router ...

P.P.S Updated QXDM. I can watch EFS through QPST, but QXDM Pro 03.14.974 (which is under MDM9x45) cannot be used yet. I think it's clear why.
QXDM Pro 03.14.974 - I have not. Where to get the crack - I do not know.
I have only treated QXDM 3.14.594
